We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our IT team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of IT projects within the organization.

You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project requirements are met
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Communicate project status updates to project managers, team members, and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and uptodate
Facilitate project meetings and ensure that action items are completed in a timely manner
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that project deliverables are met
Ensure that project quality standards are met

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the IT industry, or a relatable field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in project management tools and software
Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and best practices
