    Position Purpose:

    Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Foodservice Sales and Strategy, the Regional Foodservice Growth Manager is responsible for driving the growth our foodservice and fresh categories for 4-6 OpCos (distribution centers) within a geographic region.

    This position is responsible for supporting our OpCos with foodservice products, programs, key initiatives, and selling engagements with strategic customers.

    In alignment with the OpCos that are being supported, this position will be critical to drive performance that will meet the Opco's revenue and profit targets for the foodservice and fresh categories.


    Responsibilities:
    Effectively communicate to OpCos around Foodservice and Fresh Strategy, products, programs, key initiatives
    Influence pricing strategies to optimize profitability of categories
    Demonstrate deep understanding of products, attributes, brands and support sales teams accordingly
    Work closely with OpCos and corporate to analyze data, and extract meaningful and actionable insights
    Identify and implement regional and local opportunities to enhance foodservice offers
    Support tradeshow and customer engagement activity in the region
    Provide effective feedback regarding opportunities related to specific OpCos in the region
    Deliver on sales and profit targets for foodservice and fresh in the region
    Performs other related duties as assigned.
    The ideal candidate should possess the following:

    Demonstrated leadership success in collaborating, forging relationships and working effectively across functions
    Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects to meet aggressive deadlines
    Effective analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and to review financial performance
    Excellent communication skills - 1 on 1, or within small or large groups
    Excellent analytical and PC skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe.
    Strong interpersonal skills
