    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in various settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practices and be willing to work collaboratively with our team to ensure client success.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Implement treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
    • Collect and document data on client progress.
    • Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
    • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

    Requirements

    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
    • Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
    • Ability to pass a background check.
    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

    Compensation and Schedule

    We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $21-$25/hour. Part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible shifts based on your availability.
