- Preferred higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience performing financial analysis or vendor audits for a large or midsized company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience or exposure to advanced data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, etc.
- Must be legally able to work in the United States.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Preferred (CFE) Certified Fraud Examiner
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Using both analytical and soft skills, the Financial Integrity Analyst assesses the business operating environment, business processes, associated risks, financial controls, exposures, and transactions of the hundred plus vendors employed by Chevron in the Permian Basin to identify and resolve instances of incorrect billing and contract non-compliance. Works with various stakeholders including Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Audit to coordinate solutions for any identified instances per Chevron policy.
Job Description
Assesses the business operating environment, business processes, associated risks, financial controls, exposures, and transactions of the hundred plus vendors employed by Chevron in the Permian Basin to identify and resolve instances of incorrect billing and contract non-compliance. For each assessment, develops a review plan, analyzes vendor data, and reports results to the appropriate stakeholder for resolution. Validates that financial controls are functioning correctly using SOX methodology. Ensures compliance with laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
