    **Location:** Winona Facility; 1705 Wilkie Drive, Winona, MN 55987

    **Shift/Hours:** Day Hours

    **Position Status:** Full-Time

    **The Team:**

    Our Customer Teams function as the main contact point for representatives of our customers. We are the internal voice of the customer; we are order managers; we are new-product integrators; we are problem solvers. It is our responsibility to cultivate and grow relationships based upon knowledge and service.

    **The Role:**

    The Customer Service Specialist works directly with external customers to understand their order and schedule needs and effectively communicate these to internal stakeholders. You will work in both our internal business system and customer systems to ensure that day to day scheduling requirements and orders are met.

    Responsibilities & Qualifications **You will spend your time:**

    Corresponding with customers regarding purchase orders and scheduling

    Receiving and processing customer purchase orders

    + Reviewing material status and communicating issues to internal stakeholders and customers

    + Communicating customer schedule needs to internal stakeholders

    Assisting with implementing customer changes to orders

    Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly scheduling and order reports

    Participating in customer team meetings, customer visits, new product introduction meetings and prototype kickoff meetings

    Other projects and duties as assigned

    **We are excited about you if you have:**

    2-year degree or comparable education/experience preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Customer service experience preferred

    The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

    Excellent attention to detail

    Manufacturing and Electronics experience preferred

    Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access)

    Previous experience working with Materials Resource Planning (MRP) systems

    **Travel:**

    This position may travel between the Riverside Lewiston and Winona facilities.

    Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.

    **Physical Requirements:**

    Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling

    Ability to walk, stand, and sit

    Lifting up to 10 pounds

    **Work Environment:**

    Office setting
