- Prepare billing and credit memos with proper supporting documentation
- Calculate payment amount on COD invoices and following up on collection for all COD accounts
- Preparation and reconciliation of master billings to individual invoices
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, updating billing notes as necessary
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years billing experience - Construction industry preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
