- Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and supervise client investment portfolios, ensuring they align with financial goals, risk tolerance, and changing circumstances.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive financial plans tailored to their specific goals, covering areas such as retirement, estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance.
- Proactive Communication: Keep clients updated on market trends, investment performance, and pertinent financial news through regular communications and meetings.
- Client Advocacy: Champion clients' interests and proactively address any queries or concerns they may have about their financial plans or investment approaches.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all client interactions and investment suggestions adhere to regulatory mandates and internal compliance protocols.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including financial advisors, analysts, and support staff, to provide exceptional service and comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory modifications, and best practices in wealth management to enhance expertise and deliver value-added services to clients.
- Client Retention: Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and raise satisfaction levels through personalized service, proactive engagement, and tailored financial solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Holders of CFP, CFA, and/or equivalent industry experience of at least 2 years.
- Series 65 license is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles, with a proven track record in client relationship management.
- Thorough understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Devotion to meeting the unique needs and desires of first responder clients with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
- $65,000 salary with bonus potential.
