Data Engineering Manager with

Machine Learning

expertiseis required for a GreenTech company, a sister business of one of our UK clients, to take over a growing team from the current VP of Engineering.

The company decarbonise key industries to immediately impact climate change.

You will help to grow out the engineering team, oversee the product, and take their digitalisation to the next level.

There is a generous salary on offer in the region of

$190,000- $250,000 plus other perks

Daily Duties:
Shape a world-changing tech product using the latest ML techniques
Technically support the team with Python, AWS, ETL, ML and Data Science
Recruiting and growing out the engineering team
Bringing and implementing the tech in-house from a 3rd party software agency
Implementing best practice
Driving the tech strategy
Instil a culture of excellence and perpetual improvement

Requirements
Previous hands-on data engineering experience with Python and its ML ecosystem
Cloud expertise with AWS, GCP and/or Azure
Have a strong background in leading engineering teams.
Excel in mentoring, team-building, and fostering technical excellence.
Experienced in a range of modern ML techniques.
Excel at strategic thinking, prioritizing projects for maximum impact.
Are passionate about climate change mitigation.
