    Saint Alphonsus is seeking a Peer Review Coordinator


    As a Peer Review Coordinator, you would be responsible for accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of data as it relates to performance improvement activities, provider peer review, and data used in consideration for appointment/reappointment.

    You will maintain and coordinate the entire Physician Peer Review process regarding information control and direct one-on-one communication.

    Analyze data regarding current and past case reviews and subsequent requested reports, and integration of Peer Review process with medical Records processes.

    Communicate to and from all physicians and their Office of Medical Affairs and Medical Records Services, and coordinates with members of the Performance Improvement department.

    And function effectively within a team of performance improvement professionals.


    General Requirements:

    • Must have 3 years of experience working with physicians and other clinical staff.
    • Inpatient clinical experience preferred.
    • Project management experience preferred.
    • Experience in medical specialties included but not limited to Anesthesia, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, Psychology, General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery is preferred.
    • Experience in an acute care setting preferred.

    Education:

    • BSN or a minimum of eight (8) years of professional level RN experience above other experience requirements for this position preferred.

    License/Certification:

    • Candidate must have an RN license in the state of Idaho
