Must Have:
Technical/Functional Skills MUST HAVE

• Design changes, Design assessment to improve product performance.

Support to prototype build & test Design, document and build required test fixturing or support components. Validates design through calculations and functional tests. Develop test plans. Perform & support relevant tests in the lab. BoM review & updates SAP activities.

ECM, MCN process for document revision& update Develop 3D components & manufacturing drawing using AutoCAD/ NX/SolidWorks Ensures the compliance with product environments, hazardous area approval standards, safety regulations and product certifications.

Provides design data to the Sustaining and Technical Regulations and Standards sections to assist in product validation and certifications.

Conduct cost comparisons and feasibility studies on mechanical components, such as sheet metal, castings, machined components, standoffs, and electromechanical components to help identify potential MCO projects.

Hands-on tools like AutoCAD, 3-D modelling UG NX software. NICE TO HAVE

• Provides design data to the Sustaining and Technical Regulations and Standards sections to assist in product validation and certifications.
