    Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Application Development Modernization

     

    Kwaan Bear Technology (KBT) seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Application Development Modernization to lead our Application Development Modernization project. This SME will play a crucial role in guiding the transformation of legacy systems, supporting technologies including IBM Assembly Language Code (ALC), C, C++, Java, CICS, DB2, COBOL, JCL, and others.

     

    A strong background in agile and scrum methodologies is essential for integrating these legacy technologies into modern, agile workflows. The SME will also apply program management practices and controls to enable the Integrated Data Retrieval System (IDRS) to maintain program status, execution, cost management, and scheduling.
