Are you passionate about developing clear, concise, and straightforward process documentation? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Amazon's Advertising Support Products & Services team is seeking a Content Strategist that will plan, create, deliver, and maintain internal standard operating procedure (SOP) documents.
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for the development of internal content specific to Amazon's Demand Side Platform (DSP) that partner teams will leverage to resolve advertiser contacts.
You will work with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that responds to the rapidly changing advertising landscape.You care as much about good writing as you do about measuring and delivering results, and you let your learnings evolve the way you approach your work.
Key job responsibilitiesThe ideal candidate has knowledge of DSPs, extensive content experience, and can effectively weigh competing priorities to deliver the most important content in a timely manner.
They measure results and learn from their successes and failures.The Content Strategist will:
o Drive content projects for their entire lifecycle from planning through post-launch measuremento Use a combination of data analysis, contact analysis, end-user research, and content audits to make content decisions and orchestrate quality development.
o Build effective relationships with multiple internal and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex, global projectso Communicate project statuses to Leadership and business partners on a regular basiso Proactively seek to become an expert in the features, workflows, and processes related to Amazon's DSP and the support we provide

Estimated Salary:
$20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
