    Description

    The Relief Provider for our Shared Living Program works as part of a team to provide direct supports, guidance, education, advocacy and supervision for individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities.


    The Shared Living Provider Relief works with the Shared Living Provider and individual in the home to provide direct physical supports and maintain their physical and emotional health.

    Interaction between the Shared Living Provider Relief staff and individual will reflect an appreciation of each individual's uniqueness.


    Schedule:
    21 hours per week; mostly morning hours

    Required Skills


    • Ability to communicate in and comprehend the English language

    • Valid driver's license and access to dependable transportation
    Required Experience


    • High School Diploma
    • CPR and First Aid certification strongly preferred
