    We are on the lookout for an exceptional Executive Solutions Manager to lead the Product Roadmap, Design, and Delivery of core software platforms in the content creation and distribution domain.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Holistic Leadership: Share responsibility for planning, designing, and managing the development of Content Technologies, actively participating in all phases of development.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Gather customer input and requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet user needs.
    • Agile Expertise: Engage in sprint planning, SCRUM/KANBAN management, and quality assurance testing to drive efficient and effective development cycles.
    • Innovative Design Authority: Exercise leadership in the design and development of specific solution features, contributing to the continuous evolution of our content technologies.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Prioritize and track software feature requests, defining business cases for specific requirements.
    • Research user needs, collaboration with architecture and engineering leads to convert requirements into technical solutions.
    • Write use cases, business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans for features.
    • Conduct acceptance testing, collaborate on UI development, and facilitate usability testing and focus groups.
    • Monitor feature development, coordinating teams, and reporting progress to leadership.
    • Manage end-to-end technology project delivery lifecycle via Daily Scrums, ensuring project objectives are met.
    • Drive technology development with Agile sprint methodology, designing issue tracking and resolution processes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in educational publishing, technology, or instructional design.
    • 5+ years in solutions management, UI design, business analysis, and project management in IT or software (Media/Publishing ideal).
    • Proficiency in JIRA, Smartsheet's, Windows Suite, Google Docs, and Planview.
    • PMI/PMP Certification and successful track record in managing agile projects.
    • Strong communication skills, team dynamics understanding, and excellent customer service ethic.
    • Ability to work under pressure, excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships within an international business.
