    Description
    Assist in the budget and planning development of the short term and long-term roadmap for the factory showrooms including but not limited to showroom maintenance, updates, and design refreshes
    Manage and provide monthly status reports of project activities including but not limited to project tasks, identified risks, mitigation plans, and status updates
    Execute assigned projects and identify new projects which improve the customer experience and drive ROI
    Lead and manage cross-functional teams critical in the execution of assigned projects, including but limited to construction and remodel management, content creation and vendor management, as well as maintaining an accurate library of design documents and marketing assets
    Manage vendor relationships including obtaining budget proposals, coordinating onsite work schedules, and ensuring work is completed on time and on budget
    Provide support of customer tours
    Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs

    Nature & Scope:
    Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
    Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision
    Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals
    Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex; takes a new perspective on existing solutions

    Knowledge & Skills:
    Leadership and management of cross-functional teams
    Management and delivery of projects on schedule and within budget
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
    Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job

    Preferred Skills:
    Knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends
    Experience in B2B
    Understanding and knowledge of Project Management practices preferred

    Experience:
    3+ years of related experience

    Education/Certification:
    4-year degree or equivalent in marketing, business, engineering or a related-field preferred
