- Establish annual sales and bookings budgets for each representative and distributor within the region.
- Lead and direct the sales team in growing existing accounts and penetrating new markets.
- Develop strategic plans aligned with customer and market requirements, while addressing competitive factors.
- Promote seminars and plant tours for key customers to enhance engagement and foster relationships.
- Coordinate leads and follow-up activities, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in a related industry.
- Proven performance in sales leadership, with a strong drive for results and a positive outlook.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Microsoft D365, and Teams.
- Background in automation and control is preferred.
- Ability to travel by auto and plane, with access to a personal vehicle for sales and service calls.
- Valid driver's license and compliance with Bray's Drivers Policy.
- Successful completion of a credit check during the background verification process.
