    The Assistant to the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management and Admission Office Manager oversees the daily office operations, manages administrative tasks, and supports the smooth functioning of the office of Admission.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as Assistant to the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of two full-time office staff members: Administrative Assistant and Database Assistant
    • Work closely with Director of Admission and Enrollment Management on student enrollment status, initiating and monitoring annual re-enrollment process, and sending out student enrollment updates as they occur
    • Welcome visitors and provide information and assistance to applicants and their families. Deliver high quality customer service, with active listening and problem-solving skills
    • Work with the Admission Assistant and Database Assistant to process admission applications, start student files, process paperwork and files with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Manage Admission Office calendar
    • Generate Admission Reports
    • Prepare all reports for Admission Committees: PreK through 12th Grade
    • Assist in answering the phone and greeting visitors
    • Schedule tours and appointments for the Admission Office
    • Effectively communicate with families regarding admission requirements, deadlines and procedures
    • Manage ordering of all office supplies
    • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management
      • High School Diploma
      • 3-5 years of administrative support
      • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google
      • Experience with Veracross or a CRM Database
      • Strong customer service skills
      • Proven attention to details including calendar and event management
      • Must be comfortable with assisting with various clerical tasks throughout the day
      • Must exercise discretion and confidentiality when handling admission and enrollment matters
      • An educational philosophy consistent with the mission of the School
      • Proven ability to work collaboratively, efficiently and accurately
