- Carry out the packaging of Piedmont orders (couplings and filtration equipment), including handling loose ship items, boxing, banding, shrink wrapping, and crating;
- Organize workload to prioritize and pack orders efficiently and timely;
- Maintain organized stock shelves and locations;
- Lead a small team to ensure effective packing and warehouse operations, including training and equipping team members;
- Communicate daily with Piedmont team to facilitate efficient logistics, prioritize orders, and maintain proper packing procedures;
- Provide timely updates to clients and maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, QC certificates, shipment photos, packing lists, and inventory levels using electronic systems or paperwork;
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and audits, ensuring accurate tracking of goods;
- Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, production, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods;
- Manage label creation and setup for UPS/FedEx and LTL transport companies and coordinate freight pickups;
- Implement and enforce proper shipping and receiving procedures;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among warehouse, shipping, and receiving personnel;
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency;
- Support WTS manufacturing team as needed;
- Perform other duties as required.

- Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification;

- Strong team player with proactive communication skills;
- Proficiency in Spanish (an asset).
