    Seize the opportunity to join our Piedmont team as a Warehouse Lead in Champlin,MN. Our next colleague will hold a permanent & full time position and will work in collaboration with the Water Technologies & Services team, along with other teams located in the United-States, Canada, UK, Spain & Mexico.

    The day-to-day

  • Carry out the packaging of Piedmont orders (couplings and filtration equipment), including handling loose ship items, boxing, banding, shrink wrapping, and crating;
  • Organize workload to prioritize and pack orders efficiently and timely;
  • Maintain organized stock shelves and locations;
  • Lead a small team to ensure effective packing and warehouse operations, including training and equipping team members;
  • Communicate daily with Piedmont team to facilitate efficient logistics, prioritize orders, and maintain proper packing procedures;
  • Provide timely updates to clients and maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, QC certificates, shipment photos, packing lists, and inventory levels using electronic systems or paperwork;
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts and audits, ensuring accurate tracking of goods;
  • Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, production, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods;
  • Manage label creation and setup for UPS/FedEx and LTL transport companies and coordinate freight pickups;
  • Implement and enforce proper shipping and receiving procedures;
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among warehouse, shipping, and receiving personnel;
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency;
  • Support WTS manufacturing team as needed;
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Strong team player with proactive communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Spanish (an asset).
