    Description

    One of the largest consumer law firms in the State of Texas is looking for a Personal Injury Attorney who is board certified and responsible for handling jury trials, including consumer and deceptive trade practice act cases, medical malpractice cases, and commercial litigation. This role would also focus on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases to work onsite at their Fort Worth Office.



    Requirements

    The full-time Catastrophic Personal Injury Attorney will have 7+ years of experience assisting clients with the following.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of personal injury trial law experience
    • An active member of the Texas Bar
    • Juris Doctorate
    • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.
