- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field is mandatory.
- Prior experience in child welfare is highly preferred.
- State licensing or certification as stipulated by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
- Clearance of background checks, including criminal and CANTS screenings.
- Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc., with a willingness to learn new systems used by LSSI.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Valid driver's license in good standing for the state of residency, alongside reliable transportation.
- Evidence of valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage.
