    JOB SUMMARY:
    Our Tulsa based company is looking for a career-minded, insightful, solutions-oriented Account Manager to cultivate relationships with current customers in Tulsa and surrounding areas

    EXPECTATIONS:

    • Understand the customer's business and align strategies to customer goals
    • Innate ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
    • Build business partnerships and develop customer relationships to maximize account profitability
    • Conduct analysis of competitor's offerings and strategies, and maintains awareness of competitive environment
    • Accountability for individual success within a team environment

    SKILLS:

    • Proven relationship builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills
    • Solution based thinker, effective negotiator with C-level executives
    • Excellent listening, time management, and communication skills

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Vending or similar industry knowledge a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel
    • Minimum of 2 years of B2B experience
