- BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience creating/updating manufacturing documents (Process plans/equipment designs/etc.) within automotive, medical, or aerospace regulated environments
- US Citizen only
- Experience with Six Sigma and Value Improvement projects
- Familiarity with Capital Equipment Request Authorizations (CERA's)
- Knowledge of equipment/tooling/fixture design and procurement
- Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
- Conduct process capability studies, process development, and report preparation
- Design and coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments
- Procure and fabricate equipment tooling and fixtures
- Troubleshoot new and existing product/process problems related to design, material, or processes
- Complete and manage CERA's
- Prepare standard reports/documents for technical community
- Identify, implement, and manage equipment requirements to support production goals
- Train and/or provide work direction to operators/technicians
