- Manage day-to-day membrane production operations
- Handle equipment maintenance, setup, and uptime
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure equipment readiness
- Oversee coating process and ensure product quality standards
- Collaborate with R&D to conduct trial runs and provide feedback for product improvement
- Work with Operations Engineering to enhance manufacturing performance
- Coordinate with external suppliers and visit manufacturers for production knowledge transfer
- Ensure a safe operating environment in collaboration with the EHS and production teams
- Preferably an associate degree or higher
- Extensive experience with coating equipment and keen attention to detail
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience in industrial-scale chemical processing and/or synthesis
- Hands-on experience with slot die coating systems
- Knowledge of roll-to-roll coating equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience with spiral-wound element rolling operations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to suggest improvements professionally
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and creativity to adapt to changing priorities
- Subject matter expertise in element production operations
