    Title: SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR

    Location: Ocoee, FL 34761

    Duration: 6+ months with possibility to extend for 2-3 years

    Pay Rate: $30/hr.

    Job Title: SharePoint Administrator

    Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organizations architectural standards. Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. Dimensions

    Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Sharepoint experience. Develops solutions requiring analysis and research. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and possesses knowledge in a specific business area. Works on one or more projects as a project team member or occasionally as a project lead. May coach more junior technical staff.

    Scope of Services

    Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. This team member would be responsible for coordinating the web, intranet, application development, and SharePoint activities within an assigned region (office, District, etc.) in accordance with Department's application development and Intranet standards. The individual selected will assist the District functional personnel to identify their needs and advise them on possible technical solutions. Technical solutions could range from a simple spreadsheet, to a SharePoint site. This individual where assigned, will work with the Central Office Business System Support Office and in-house developers to educate and provide local business solutions that leverage current existing Enterprise SharePoint systems. This individual needs to be well rounded in Information Technology and have excellent communication and coordination skills.

    1. Participate in team projects, meetings, and assignments.

    2. Responsible for SharePoint sites and application support.

    3. Responsible for meeting with local functional offices to assess and recommend SharePoint designs that meet the needs of the unit.

    4. Functions as SharePoint Liaison - work with the local users to identify their technology and application needs and coordinate with the Central Office Business Systems Support Office to meet those needs.

    5. Responsible for the coordination of assigned web development activities, ensuring integration with other technologies utilized in FTE and maintaining continuity across applications.

    6. Responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into web architecture to achieve business objectives.

    7. Responsible for the design, upgrade, enhancement, maintenance, availability, and effectiveness of technical functionality and content for one or more web sites of the enterprise.

    8. Coordinates the publishing of web site content, user interface, look/feel, and level of specificity to suit a wide range of needs.

    9. Researches, evaluates and recommends new Internet tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities.
