- Locate materials that will be used and load onto YEI conveyor belt to keep machine running.
- Set rolls of material (non-woven) to feed shredder compactor.
- Responsible for loading materials onto dump table when processing regrinds of mixing these with non-woven materials.
- Responsible for picking up purge materials and depositing them in boxes or gaylords.
- Responsible for keeping the YEI area clean and emptying trash cans when full.
- Help the YEI Team Leader with machine service or PM's when needed.
- Responsible for removing boxes from the scales when they are full and putting a new, empty, clean one with a liner on the scale and record the weight on the production sheet.
- Help trace machine productivity, monitor machine for downtime and assist YEI Specialist in troubleshooting.
- Responsible for filling out the traceability form at the end of the shift every day.
- Take instruction from the YEI Specialist, supervisor, or Wellmark Managers.
- Clean and visually inspect the machine at the beginning of his/her shift.
- Cut non-woven plastic rolls.
