To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with both product and project management tools and processes, as well as have worked with different teams across engineering, design, and business.

As the Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals.
You will work closely with the development team, stakeholders, and customers to identify and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.

What Youll Work On
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Gathering and analyzing feedback from different stakeholders
Ensuring that the product meets the needs of our customers
Define and prioritize backlog items and product features, ensuring that they are aligned with the product vision and goals
Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other processes and workflows to support the development team and improve the product development process
Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with the product development team
Ensure that the team members have a clear understanding of the product vision, the expected deliverables, the goals of each initiative, and new product release timelines and milestones
Continuously gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders, scrum masters, engineering team, and customers to inform successful product performance decisions
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team and stakeholders regarding product-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related engineering field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 3 years in software development
Familiarity with Generative AI products and underlying technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in a technical or business field
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing
environment.
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate at
multiple levels in the organization.
Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines on time.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
