Located near Jonesboro, AK our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this global industry leader.
Reporting to the Chief Metallurgist, theMetallurgical Engineer
will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of metallurgical processes. Our client offers a competitive base salary along with bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), relocation and life insurance.

Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production parameters and enhance product quality
Conducting metallurgical analyses to support product development and manufacturing processes
Investigating and resolving metallurgical issues to improve process efficiency
Providing technical support to production teams and participating in continuous improvement initiatives
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in metallurgical engineering within the steel manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of metallurgical processes, materials, and quality control
