F45 Kingsgate searching for a Fitness Sales & Social Media Lead who is not only passionate about fitness but also possesses a talent for nurturing community connections. Your role is pivotal in expanding our studios reach, requiring a blend of enthusiastic salesmanship and social media savvy. Ideal candidates are those who can confidently handle over 70 warm calls daily, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and are driven to surpass sales targets. F45 Kingsgate seeks a Fitness Sales & Social Media Manager to energize our community and drive membership growth. We need a sales champion who:

Excels at sales: Comfortable with over 70 warm calls daily and adept at exceeding sales targets.
Love of fitness: Passionate about promoting health and wellness inside of the F45 set of offerings.
Delivers service excellence: Strong customer service skills with an in-studio presence.
Engage our audience: Create and curate compelling social media content that speaks to the heart of our F45 community.
Drive digital growth: Use analytics to inform strategies that expand our online presence and member engagement in partnership with Studio Management and external marketing partners.
Embody the F45 spirit: Reflect our brands energy and commitment to fitness in every post and interaction.

In order to burn with the best you must be able to perform this job with a high degree of success. The right individual for this role must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Job Requirements:

Customer Service Pro: Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with MindBody (preferred) and CRM platforms like LoyalSnap (or others) to manage lead management & member communications.
Social Media Expert: Ability to craft engaging posts, stories, and reels with a strong social media presence to drive member and user engagement.
Membership Sales Expertise: Solid sales background, comfortable with quota-driven environments.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written abilities.
Fitness Enthusiast: A passion for health and wellness.
Multitasking: Capable of thriving in a dynamic setting that may require meeting with Members, assisting them as a SME of F45 Services at the studio
Team Collaboration: Works well within the F45 team framework.
Flexible Schedule: Openness to work flexible hours for the sales aspect and commission structure within it. This role requires someone driven by sales goals and ambition.

Additional Requirements Include:

Ability to take 1-2+ F45 classes per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients and to collaborate with members and staff for media content creation.
Collaborate with local businesses for grassroots marketing campaigns

Education and/or Experience Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CPR/AED Certified (preferred)

Compensation: $19.00 to 20.00 per hour DOE base, plus commission on New Client Sales, plus Sales Commission eligible for recurring Membership Sales.
