- You are a great communicator who responds to office calls/texts within 2 hours
- You are a great team player and are not easily offended by constructive feedback
- You have a valid Home Care Aide license, a recent TB test, and are CPR certified
- You are patient in waiting for the right shifts that fit your schedule
