Job summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations including talent acquisition, payroll administration, and generalist responsibilities that support a growing multi-division organization.
This role ensures operational excellence in recruiting compliance employee relations and payroll accuracy while reinforcing the Company's core values and culture.
This individual serves as a strategic partner to department leaders while maintaining strong execution discipline across all HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across all divisions
  • Partner with leaders to define role competencies compensation alignment interview strategy Manage ATS workflows Paycom ensure compliance documentation standards Oversee sourcing strategy Indeed referrals campus recruiting trade channels Develop structured interview guides scoring matrices aligned with competencies Track recruiting metrics time fill cost hire quality hire turnover days Support workforce planning initiatives aligned annual growth targets Payroll Administration Compensation Support Oversee payroll processing partnership Payroll Specialist Finance Ensure accurate pay practices deductions allowances bonuses commissions Audit payroll FLSA state federal regulations Manage new hire pay setup compensation changes PAF documentation Support merit cycle administration proration calculations budget tracking Serve point escalation payroll discrepancies Maintain documentation audits compliance reviews HR Generalist Employee Relations Provide guidance managers performance management corrective action policy interpretation Support employee investigations conflict resolution Ensure consistent application of company policies handbook provisions Oversee onboarding offboarding processes Maintain I9 compliance work authorization tracking Partner Safety Operations compliance initiatives Manage leave administration FMLA ADA state leaves coordination vendors Process Improvement Infrastructure Build scalable HR processes EOS structure growth trajectory Develop SOPs documentation standards Maintain HR dashboards KPI reporting Ensure data integrity within HRIS systems Identify automation efficiency opportunities Culture Engagement Reinforce Company core values hiring recognition employee experience Support engagement initiatives communication rollouts Partner leadership retention strategies Assist training coordination leadership development initiatives Other related duties assigned Education Experience And Training Bachelor degree Human Resources Business Administration related field preferred Years progressive HR experience including payroll oversight Strong knowledge employment law compliance requirements HRS experience Paycom strongly preferred SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR certification preferred
