    CAMPUS RECRUITER

    Position Offer

    Salary: $38,000 - $45,000

    • Plus Commission

    Expectations

    A student recruiter is in charge of developing strategies to recruit potential students for our diploma or alternative graduate programs at the middle and high school levels. The recruiter provides on-site and off-site support when recruiting families. Although the extent of their duties depends on the location of their campus.

    Communication

    • Answering inquiries and communicating with middle and high schools to facilitate transfers.
    • Assisting student advisors who seek assistance.
    • Providing support for student advisors if coverage is needed as an advisor with 24 hour notice
    • Attending (Recruiting) staff meetings weekly.

    Recruitment

    • Assisting in program development.
    • Recruiting students and seeking referrals from other businesses and organizations.
    • Participating in community fairs and similar gatherings to represent the school system.
    • Recruiting students from public, private, charter, and alternative middle and high schools.
    • Facilitating recruiting events to maximize student enrollment.
    • Monitor holding tanks to ensure the information is updated frequently.

    Campus Activities

    • Facilitating campus tours for businesses and schools with the campus dean
    • Facilitating public school visits.
    • Facilitating luncheons for recruiting purposes - Approval required.
    • Attend meetings with the recruitment director and campus dean.

    Administrative Support

    • Providing enrollment assistance.
    • Recovering information and missing documents.
    • Developing promotional materials.
    • Send routine recruiting updates by email to the recruiting director

    Salary: From $38,000.00 per year

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Phoenix, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    • High school or equivalent (Required)

    Experience:

    • Mentoring: 1 year (Required)
    • Recruiting: 1 year (Required)

    Language:

    • Spanish (Required)
