    Job Description
    • Support the Joint Education and Training Division for the Space Operations Force to include:
    • The contractor shall Assist the government in the planning, preparation, maintenance/updating, and execution of: collective periodic training events (e.g., Space Integrated Training events). Prepare and update all training materials and scenarios including administrative data, agenda, scenarios, intelligence, injects, operations orders, messages, data collection forms, and other pertinent information..
    • The contractor shall Support the government in the design, planning, rehearsal, and conduct of all Space Integrated Training events
    • The contractor shall Provide feedback for after-action reviews; recommend improvements for follow-on Space Integrated Training events; prepare and conduct hotwash briefings; and prepare and deliver after action reports in standard command memo format.
    • The contractor shall Create and manage inputs for Joint Master Task List (JMETS) and integrate with Universal Joint Task List. Coordinate assessment of Master Tasks and subordinate tasks in applicable systems (such as JTIMS).
    • The contractor shall Support the government in the coordination, integration, and execution of Space Integrated Training, demonstrations, Table Top Exercises (TTX), mini- exercises, or wargame events.
    • The contractor shall Support the government in the design, planning, rehearsal, and conduct of CJCS Staff Assessment Visit (SAV) training events.
    • The contractor shall Create and prepare media which may include administrative data, agenda, scenarios, operations orders, messages, data collection forms, and other pertinent information.
    • The contractor shall Coordinate, schedule, maintain, test and configure equipment systems of the Joint Training and Exercise Control Center (JTECC), WGC, and Directorate conference rooms
    • Support execution of the Joint Training & Execution System.

    DESIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficiency in Exercise and Training processes
    • Previous experience at a CCMD with requirements and budget experience is highly desired
    • Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level
    • Ability to brief/interactive with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree or higher is required

    Travel: Yes-25%

    Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen, TS/SCI eligible, SAP/SAR eligible

    In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
