Position Overview
RetailVisions is seeking a responsible, motivated, and skilled LED Screen Installation Technician to join our New Jersey team. This role is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of LED screens and related electronic equipment at client locations. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, safety-conscious, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test LED screens and electronic display systems.
- Set up and manage operating systems and website-based display platforms.
- Handle and configure electronic and electrical equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and basic electrical components.
- Configure WiFi networks, routers, and Ethernet cabling for proper system connectivity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site in a timely and professional manner.
- Safely operate electrical and hand tools during installation and mounting processes.
- Work on ladders and at heights as required.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service during installations and service calls.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with operating systems and system management.
- Hands-on experience with electronic and electrical equipment.
- Basic networking knowledge (WiFi configuration, routers, Ethernet).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and handle moderate weight during installation processes.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various installation environments.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required).
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid Social Security number and authorization to work in the United States.
