    Torch is seeking an International Engagement Analyst with subject matter expertise in international military-to-military engagement and an understanding of Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) to support the Joint Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO). The analyst will support the JCO Director, Deputy Director, Strategy & Policy Division Chief, and other team members as a focal point for the JCO regarding C-sUAS efforts in the international domain. The International Engagement Analyst will support international and NATO partner relationships that advance information sharing, interoperability, and research and development efforts with allies and partners around the world. The incumbent will support Strategy and Policy programs and efforts that further the strategic and operational goals and objectives of the C-sUAS enterprise.

    Duties will include:

  • Maintain situational awareness of existing and developing international partner C-sUAS systems and capabilities.
  • Conduct routine coordination with international partners, planners, stakeholders, political-military advisors, combatant commands, and partner agencies to develop proposals and programs that support C-sUAS operational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate working groups and or interdisciplinary joint planning efforts to collaborate with international stakeholders and compose comprehensive recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop, synchronize, and integrate DoD and military service C-sUAS efforts across community stakeholders to include coordination with international and NATO partners.
  • Research, review and make recommendations to modify agreements that support international C-sUAS information, material, and RDT&E sharing to improve interoperability and maximize integration with partner nations.
  • Provide expertise in the development and interpretation of guidance on C-sUAS operations abroad.
  • Execute staff actions and assigned taskings to support JCO efforts; prepare and manage internal/external taskings to support stakeholders via task management systems.
  • Prepare written products (e.g., reports, info papers, presentations, and executive summaries) to shape and defend JCO positions; prepare and present briefings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Represent the JCO in C-sUAS forums as a team leader or participant to advocate for the JCO.
  • Respond to requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders.
  • Job Requirements
  • Secret level security clearance is required, Top Secret preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of related work experience
  • Must have a basic understanding of the C-sUAS mission.
  • Senior Military Staff experience required.
  • Travel 10-20% of the time
  • U.S. Citizenship Required for this Position: Yes
