    Water Polo Coach

    Who You Are

    The Episcopal Academy is seeking a Water Polo Coach to assist our Director of Water Polo with our boys' program. The position will assist the Director with practices, recruitment, team travel, and a commitment to providing a positive student-athlete experience. This individual will also assist in the training, teaching, and conditioning of student-athletes. Effective interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

    About You

    The ideal candidate for the Water Polo Coach at The Episcopal Academy will possess the following:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • One (1) year of coaching experience.
    • Effective interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Valid PA Driver's License.
    • Ability to work with diverse populations.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of basic water polo formations and tactics.
    • Positive and effective communicator.
    • Playing experience of high school required, college preferred.
    • Passion for coaching and competing.
    • Prior coaching experience and/or coaching license preferred, but not required
