- Must have experience managing multiple initiatives within the eCommerce domain. Proven experience successfully doing this in previous projects (Must Have).
- The ideal candidate will have Omnichannel experience.
- Experience managing budgets of $2Million or more.
- Experience with hybrid/agile teams (leveraging project plans, tracking milestones, etc.)
- This resource will help the company with market expansion through continuous capabilities enhancements in established international markets, specifically marketplace initiatives within international digital eCommerce (must have the required eCommerce experience for this role).
- Participate in intake process for Program
- Responsible for managing budget for program
- Active participant in Program Management Community of Practice
- Creating and managing program roadmap
- Utilizing development team to manage overall execution within program
- Partnering with technology and business partners to align on program deliverables
- Working closely with third parties and teams across multiple time zones (Asia, Europe, NA) to enable execution of International Business Initiatives
- Must have proven experience in the eCommerce space
- Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps
