We are seeking a qualified and passionate Pediatrician to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Annual Salary: $230,000
    • Productivity Bonus: Up to $50,000 annually for meeting productivity targets
    • CME Allowance: $1,000 per year for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
    • Paid Time Off: 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
    • Additional Paid Leave: 5 days for CME or personal use
    • Licensure Support: Assistance with licensing and DEA registration
    • Holidays and Sick Leave: 7 paid holidays and 5 sick days per year

    • Malpractice Insurance: Coverage against medical malpractice claims

    Position Overview:

    As a Pediatrician at Clinica Medica Familiar, you will provide medical care to children from birth through adolescence. We value long-term relationships with patients and their families, emphasize preventive care, and strive to make a positive impact in the community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct routine check-ups, vaccinations, and well-child visits
    • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in pediatric patients
    • Educate families on child development, nutrition, and preventive health measures
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
    • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards

    Qualifications:

    • Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification in Pediatrics
    • Active California medical license or the ability to obtain one
    • DEA certification
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
