- Work collaboratively with the PNP Program Manager,the Area Branch Counter Manager,Area Branch Managers,and Counter Sales Writers to identify and grow small-to-medium sized contractors who have the potential and motivation to grow their business.
- Builda relationship with these customers by listening and responding to their needs,hel

ing them set goals,and providing them direct access to Capital Electric resources that will contribute to their success.
