We're currently seeking a Software Architect who embodies these principles and has a passion for leading teams and maintaining high-performing, always-on systems.

    Position Overview: The Software Architect will be a pivotal player in orchestrating the harmony of our diverse application portfolio. Beyond guiding high-level design decisions, this role involves hands-on troubleshooting, mentoring remote teams, ensuring our ServiceWorks applications remain up 24/7, and fostering a culture of performance excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Architect and oversee the development of scalable and robust systems across the application portfolio.
    2. Mentor, manage, and guide remote development teams ensuring quality standards and best practices are maintained.
    3. Dive deep into troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving performance bottlenecks.
    4. Ensure the uptime, reliability, and efficiency of ServiceWorks applications, being the primary point of accountability for 24/7 operations.
    5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the infrastructure, including IIS web servers and SQL Server, and drive optimizations as needed.
    6. Implement monitoring tools and strategies to track and enhance the performance of applications.
    7. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
    8. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies, ensuring ServiceWorks remains a leader in technological innovation.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
    2. Proven experience with MVC web applications, RESTful APIs, Windows Services, and Xamarin mobile app development.
    3. Expertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning of applications and infrastructure.
    4. Proficient understanding of IIS web servers and SQL Server.
    5. Experience in managing and mentoring remote teams.
    6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    7. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with remote teams and stakeholders.
    8. Commitment to ensuring high availability of systems, owning the responsibility for uptime.

    Desirable Skills:

    1. Certifications in relevant technologies and frameworks.
    2. Prior experience in high-availability, 24/7 environments.
    3. Knowledge of modern monitoring and alerting tools.
