    Salary: Up to $215,000 + Bonus & LTI

    As the Director of Data Strategy, you'll spearhead the establishment of a robust framework for data management and strategic utilization across our organization. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape our data governance policies, quality standards, and architecture, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a forward-looking data strategy, emphasizing governance, quality, and ethical use of data.
    • Identify and evaluate new technologies and analytics methodologies to enhance business processes and data governance practices.
    • Advise on architecture for scalable and secure data infrastructure, integrating with existing systems and cloud platforms.
    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead a multidisciplinary team of data professionals, collaborating with business leaders and IT departments to implement the data strategy and governance model.

    Requirements:

    • Strong experience focusing on data strategy, governance, or related fields, preferably in beverage and alcohol or CPG industries.
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and strategic data initiatives.
    • Strong technical background in data architecture and technologies, including cloud platforms, BI tools, data warehousing, and ETL tools.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate complex data concepts effectively.
