    About the Role:

    The position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Authright involves overseeing both financial and operational aspects of the company. As a pivotal member of the team, you will contribute significantly to shaping Authright's strategic direction, ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

    Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will offer leadership, guidance, and expertise to drive the overall success of the organization.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field; an MBA or higher qualification is desirable
    • Demonstrated experience in senior executive positions, with a proven track record of success in finance and operations leadership
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to translate vision into actionable plans
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team motivation and clarity in expectations
    • Marketing aptitude and business acumen, including the ability to devise and implement successful sales and marketing strategies
    • Superb presentation skills to effectively communicate product value to varied audiences
    • Ability to make decisive choices that positively impact the company by anticipating outcomes and managing financial risks efficiently

    Responsibilities:
    • Design and execute strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with overall business goals
    • Establish clear and attainable performance and growth objectives consistent with the company's vision
    • Identify and engage potential clients through market research and networking to create new business prospects
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with target customers, understanding their needs
    • Lead and assess employees to nurture a culture of excellence and continual enhancement
    • Oversee relationships with partners to advance business goals and foster collaboration
    • Engage in expansion efforts, including investments and corporate partnerships, to promote growth and diversification
    • Initiate measures to identify and rectify areas of financial loss within the company
    • Effectively communicate financial information to key stakeholders, offering insights and updates as necessary
    • Optimize the company's capital structure to support strategic initiatives and maximize financial resources
