    What you'll do

    • Review, research and make decisions on how to proceed in difficult customer situations leveraging company guidelines, policy, customer account information and external sources of information.
    • Maintain professional and productive relationships with stores, vendors, customers and 3rd parties to facilitate fair and effective resolution for all parties involved
    • Make sound financial decisions on customer situations based on all information available including cost/value analysis and impact to the customer and business
    • Prepare reporting to evaluate departmental performance of key metrics and overall effectiveness of processes
    • Perform all of the above timely and accurately in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines

Sr. Representatives within the Fulfillment Center are the subject matter experts who solve complex account issues, make independent decisions, and do so within agreed upon service levels. This role caters to those who thrive when given the chance to analyze and solve issues, and doing so independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

    Qualifications and requirements

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 6 months – 1-year related experience
    • Ability to analyze account histories, identify root causes, and bring issues to closure
    • Solid demonstrated decision-making ability
    • Strong communication, attention to detail, and computer proficiency
