- Onsite: Winston Salem, NC (Hybrid with 2 days remote option)
- Contract or Permanent: Contract for 12+ months with possibility for extension/hire.

- CPG industry knowledge (food, garment, etc. )
- Understanding of the cash application process
- Ability to perform reconciliations.
- Broad knowledge of sales, and customer service
- Commercial collection experience (B2B)
- Ability to troubleshoot and propose new ways of doing things.
- Ability to work in a fast past environment.
- Goal Driven
- Flexible
- Prior experience must entail collection calls not cash applications.
- At least 2 years of experience.This is not an entry level position.
- Experience resolving deductions (working with portals is a plus)
