- Incumbent functions as the Provisioning Manager responsible as proactive Customer Advocate and Senior Provisioning Consultant for all DISA, USINDOPACOM and other supported DoD components and Agencies in the Pacific.
- Interprets policy, guides provisioning processes, directs the implementation requirement and coordinates all actions needed for the satisfactory realization of DISA, DoD Services and supported Agencies.
- Provides technical and functional training in provisioning policies and procedures and advises customers on standard procedures and practices.
- Customer Advocate, establishes and maintains contacts necessary to keep abreast of evolving requirements for services and changes in industry services offerings, lead-times, technology, etc. to facilitate Customer interests.
- Provides provisioning functional expertise and oversight authority to track and assure timely processing of all phases of developing through order entry and service activation.
