    This position offers the ideal balance ofclinical practice and leadership. As Medical Director, youll spend most of your time caring for patients while also shaping clinical quality, guiding your care team, and partnering with leadership to enhance practice performance.

    Responsibilities
    • Provide excellent, evidence-based patient care while serving as clinical leader
    • Mentor and supervise APCs and care team members to ensure optimal outcomes
    • Collaborate across specialties (therapy, rehab, occupational medicine) to manage cases efficiently
    • Partner with practice leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, financial awareness, and patient satisfaction goals
    • Foster a professional, safe, and collaborative clinic environment
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, employers, and payers
    Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted medical license
    • DEA and dispensing license (or ability to obtain before start)
    • Board certified or board eligible (ABMS/AOA) preferred
    • Eligible for Medicare participation
    • FMCSA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain; training provided)
