We are seeking an AM-focused Food & Beverage leader to oversee breakfast and lunch service, In-Room Dining, and key operational touchpoints within a 24-hour hotel environment. This role leads and develops F&B teams, partners cross-functionally to support hotel operations, and drives guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, and financial performance. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of F&B management experience, strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting. We're looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Most important, someone who's not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome.

About you...
Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
