    Restaurant Supervisor - Greece

    Are you ready to join our dynamic team in Greece as a Restaurant Supervisor? If you have experience in the hospitality industry, we need your support to ensure smooth operations at our club's restaurants.

    As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee The Terraces, Tasi, and Mikro Nisi. Your responsibilities will include managing the front of house team, maintaining service standards, and contributing to the vibrant holiday atmosphere.

    With The Terraces offering barbeque specialties, Tasi serving breakfast and Mediterranean bistro-style dishes, and Mikro Nisi featuring modern Greek cuisine, you will be part of a diverse culinary experience.

    At Peligoni, every evening is unique with a range of events and dining options. From family barbeques to guest chef evenings, you will be at the center of providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
    • Act as Maitre'D during service
    • Maintain restaurant cleanliness
    • Train and motivate staff
    • Ensure high-quality service
    • Communicate menus effectively
    • Handle guest queries and complaints
    • Provide menu recommendations
    • Understand dietary requirements
    • Assist other F&B departments
    • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene
    • Build relationships with guests
    • Promote club offerings
    • Assist in various club duties

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
    • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
    • Barista qualification or training
    • Strong F&B knowledge
    • Experience with EPOS system
    • WSET Wine & Spirits Level 2 or 3 preferred
    • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
    • First Aid Certificate preferred
    • Available from May to October
    • EU Passport Holder
