    Description
    Pikes Peak Capital LLC seeks a Real Estate Investment Associate in Denver, Colorado. 10% domestic and international travel.

    Duties:
    Perform real estate acquisitions and portfolio management; build asset acquisition and fund-level analytics tools in Excel; analyze real estate opportunities to synthesize information into investment memorandums for management; gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to support underwriting of investment opportunities; prepare standard and ad hoc reports and presentations for the Investment Committee, staff, clients and other external entities; capitalize real estate projects with debt and equity; foster and maintain relationships with debt and equity capital providers; structure pooled deals based on project finance principles; evaluate and implement structured finance take-out vehicles; assist in tax structuring related to specific asset strategies and funds; organize quarterly valuation process for all real estate property investments, including the coordination and analysis of internal valuation reviews and external appraisals; fund/SMA-level financial planning, forecasting

    Minimum education required:
    Master's degree in Finance or Business or a closely related field of study, or equivalent foreign degree.


    Minimum experience required: 4 years of experience in an investing banking or project finance position, or in closely related financial analyst occupation.

    Must have 4 years of work experience in each of the following:

    developing complex financial models for IRR and NPV evaluation, equity/debt raising analysis, and return assessment; performing financial planning and forecasting.

    Must have 18 months of work experience managing project finance deals, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio management.

    Salary range:
    $133, $140,000 per year
