- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 1-2 years prior financial analysis work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of Industry experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Practice Management Systems preferred
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
- Healthcare Compliance and Risk Management experience preferred
- Advanced computer knowledge of Windows operating system and programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Collaborates with the finance and accounting team to provide analysis to clients based on historical performance, variance analysis, industry benchmarks and other key performance indicators
- An integral player in the budget and forecast process, who will be responsible for store-specific expenses, as well as corporate admin departments. Will consistently run variances to budget and provide guidance on trends, strategies to get back to the budget, and recommend changes to the Forecast
- Oversee the preparation and communication of financial reports, operating statements and key metrics used by management. Develop new and innovative reporting through existing tools and implementation of new reporting technology and improved automation
- Conduct monthly financial review meetings with business managers. Provide variance reporting and work collaboratively to uncover solutions or opportunities to get back to the budget. Assess future needs of the business and provide feedback to leadership on potential short-term and long-term risks and opportunities
- Perform various financial analyses or support on projects, cost containment or revenue enhancement opportunities, and related recommendations such as headcount, productivity, or comparative industry analyses
- Proactively assess risk, develop alternatives, and implement recommendations to ensure the business unit meets their financial and strategic commitments
- Conduct regular financial reviews with management examining actual results compared to budgets/forecasts and forward-looking opportunities/risks
- Facilitates the collection of due diligence items for Mergers and Acquisitions
- Client support related to various practice management systems and accounting inquiries
- Ad hoc analysis to provide clients margin analysis, staffing models, budgeting and proforma modeling
- Ability to define problems and identify solutions; possess strong time management skills
- Developing and/or improving preliminary deliverables for client engagements
- Have the ability to collect and organize data to draw valid conclusions with attention to detail.
- Able to collaborate and contribute as a strong team member, and have good communication skills, orally and in writing.
- Follow guidelines on engagement as established by other team members who are leading the project effort
- Monitor individual schedule, work priorities and tasks
- Plan and organize individual projects and responsibilities
- Track and record time spent on client projects

The Financial Analyst supports outpatient medical clinics in a variety of financial initiatives, working under the direction of the senior level Finance & Accounting resources.
Location: Hybrid - Office in McKinney, TX 3 days per week and Remote 2 days per week.
Travel Required: 5%
