- Reads meters on assigned routes.
- Communicates with customers regarding potential problems, coordinates with property managers to access equipment, and troubleshoots meter and billing concerns with co-workers and customers.
- Assists Utility Service Workers to complete audit billing re-read concerns.
- Inspects and maintains water tiles.
- Collects GPS points for water and electric meters.
- Inspects meters and connections for any defects, irregularities, malfunctions, tampering, and unauthorized connects.
- Submits work orders for service.
- Responds to public inquiries and complaints.
- Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
